My 2019 Gap Year
Welcome
to my blog! I’ve decided to start this blog so that all of my friends and family can stay connected to me and what I’m doing for the next year. So what am I doing? I am a live-in au pair (sort of a nanny) to an amazing family that has 2 girls, ages 12 and 14. I do a lot of grocery shopping, I cook every meal Monday- Friday, and drive the girls to and from wherever they need to go. So that’s one part of my life here. The other part is the Younglife part! I’m currently waiting for a family from the states to move here to be on staff full time and start a Younglife club here. I’ll update y’all when that all gets started and I know more. I felt and still feel that God led me here for this year. I’m not completely sure why and I might not even know why any time soon. But that’s okay. I’m excited to be a vessel and learn more about God and about myself while I’m waiting.
